there was one part where it talks about how the newspaper said that the bishop had passed away. I wasn't expecting this at all and it surprised me very much because it all happened out of nowhere

  Jean Valjean is a dynamic character, He is also one of the most important characters in this book me and my class mates been reading. I say Jean Valjean is a dynamic character because through out the book les mes he goes through changes. I will explain the changes he goes through throughout this essay. Jean Valjean is simply not the same character he was in the beginning of the book and before meeting lord bishop, he was once know as a criminal, prisoner, thief who people would try to avoid and not become friends with  .Now he is this man who was praised as a mayor in his small town. He was no longer a stealing thief he was a kind giver.He would give what he will eventually no longer have .
